The Department of Law Enforcement Management of the Faculty of Vocational Training (hereinafter – the Department) is the main educational structural unit of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Esbulatov (hereinafter – the Academy), carrying out educational, methodological and research work on one or more related disciplines, educational work among students.
The Department of Law Enforcement Management was established by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 588 dated August 18, 2018 and is part of the Faculty of Professional Training of the Academy. The structure and staffing of the department are developed and approved in accordance with the standard structure approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The staff of the department is determined based on the volume of work and the average annual teaching load of the teaching staff (hereinafter – PS) of the department, taking into account the specifics of the educational process at the Academy. Changes to the staff schedule of the department are made in accordance with the procedure established by law
