DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION DISCIPLINES ALMATY ACADEMY OF MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN named after M. Yesbulatov

The department of general education disciplines is formed by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs  the Republic of Kazakhstan № 387 from 10 May 2023 and is part of the Faculty of Professional Training of the Academy.

The department consists of 13 people on the staff on a civilian personnel, 12 of them are teaching staff and 1 head of the cabinet.

Scientific potential of the department: Candidates of Sciences – 5 people; Masters of Sciences – 4 people.

The department of general education disciplines is the main educational structural division of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Yesbulatov, carrying out educational, methodical and research work on one or several related disciplines, educational work among students.

The department in its activity is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legal acts of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter and orders of the Academy.

The staff of the department:

1) Head of the department;

2) Deputy Head of the Department;

3) Professor – 2 people;

4) Associate Professor – 2 people;

5) Senior lecturer-3 people;

6) lecturer-2 people;

7) Head of the Cabinet.

The teaching load of the department consists of the following disciplines assigned to the department, taught at the Faculties of Professional Training, Postgraduate Education, Leadership Training, etc.:

1. Kazakh language;

2. Russian language;

3. Foreign language

4. History of Kazakhstan;

5. Socio-political module;

6. Philosophy

7. History and Philosophy of Science;

8. Technology of Master’s research;

9. Methodology of doctor research;

10. Foreign language (professional).

Educational and methodical work is a set of activities aimed at providing the educational process with educational and methodical documentation, improving the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff, improving the quality of all forms, types and methods of educational work
